Siri Domain Design

In my first several years at Apple, alongside my overall responsibility for Siri in the car, I refined Siri’s behavior and verbiage for several of its key capabilities, a.k.a. domains,  including text messaging, destination search, and mapping/navigation commands. I also designed the initial versions of Siri’s integration with Apple Music (iOS 8.4), and its support for translating phrases from one language to another (launched with iOS 11; improved with iOS 14).
